Rose Mallet
Tuesdays, 6:30 to 9:30
Rose Mallett was declared a “Living Jazz Legend” in 2016 by the Living Jazz Foundation at Los Angeles City Hall. Discovered in her teens by R&B duo Sam and Dave, Rose later sang at Motown Los Angeles for producer, Hal Davis. Rose sang in Miramax movie Guinevere and performed the soundtrack, “I Never Think of You” in the New Line Cinema film, Now and Then and performs her unique jazz/blues style throughout the country.
Rose has captured the essence of vocal delivery that some say remind them of the range and texture of Sarah Vaughan; the playful joy of Ella Fitzgerald; the foreboding pain of Billie Holiday; and the regal articulation of Lena Horne. Her voice is simply beautiful.

Darci Daniels, Charles Herrera & Michael Holmes
Wednesdays, 6:30 to 9:30
These three are all multi award winning vocalists/entertainers in their own right. Having been dear friends for many years, they chose to join forces on Wednesday evenings to share a joyful, swinging musical celebration of the Rat Pack Era. After all, The Purple Room is where the Rat Pack drank, ate, played and sang together! With the old school supperclub ambience and great midcentury jazz standards, one is taken back to the nostalgic time of glamorous nightclubs of the 60s.
